PORTOCOLOM RESIDENCES was designed by renowned architect Jaime Salva and combines the modern lifestyle of a luxury villa with the Mediterranean life of a shing village. In this special location eight luxurious semi-detached houses with generous dimensions will be constructed. To cater for the different needs and preferences of future residents, two types of building are available with four or five bedrooms, approximately 420 m2 of residential and usable space plus garden areas. All the houses have their own garden, a private pool and large roof terraces with a wonderful view.

In the bathrooms, kitchens and living areas materials of renowned European manufacturers will be used, tting in harmoniously with the overall concept of natural colours and materials.
